#55: Build a better Future World Watch Spring/Summer 2007 The latest issue of World Watch Help Build a Better Future featuring Church World Service Cambodia is now available.  It provides activities and information for children from 7 - 13 years old

#54: Dry as a bone World Watch Autumn 2007 looks at the issue of water and a lack there of in Sri Lanka. In this issue we meet Indika and Nirosha, they live in the Southern Area of Sri Lanka known as Hambantota. This area was severly damaged in the 2004 Tsunami. In this issue we learn what has happened in their village since and how they use and conserve water.

#53: Water - The Gift of Life World Watch Spring/Summer 2006 looks at the issue of water in Zimbabwe. Meet Temwani, a ten year old living in the suburbs of Harare, and read about the Zimbabwe Council of Churches' Rain Water Harvesting programme. You can enjoy a game from Zimbabwe, or try some of the activities inside. Best of all there is a competition to design a book mark, so get you entries in fast to be into win!

#52: Watch and Learn! World Watch Autumn/Winter 2006 looks at the the importance of education, especially in the Solomon Islands. It explores this issue and others that affect young people. The magazine does this through stories, a cartoon, word find and lots of other things to keep your childrens minds occupied. Copies are available so we can all learn more about the world in which we are part.

#51: Thumbs up for Green Fingers! World Watch Spring/Summer 2005 looks at the disasterous effects logging has had on the environment in Nicaragua. Take time to meet Dina and her friends who are learning to grow and trade trees to help protect the environment. Dina knows about New Zealand from School. What do you know about Nicaragua? #50: A New School World Watch Winter 2005 features disasters. In this it focusses on Darfur, Sudan but also has lots of other exciting things like how to build your own erupting volcano, and a 50th issue art competition for which every entry gets a prize. Take a look at this and learn more about disasters and how they effect the people in our world.

#49: Plant Hope World Watch Summer 2004 features the coffee bean industry in Timor Leste (East Timor). In this World Watch you will meet Aldo who is 9 and spent his school holidays with his brother and sisters picking red coffee beans to help their parents. You can also take time to play snakes and ladders, do the word find and learn more about life in Timor Leste.

# 48: Iraq!
World watch Winter 2004 looks at the state of Iraq! In this edition you will find the poem “Then I think of You.” Written by 10yr old Rannia Al-Salihi from Iraq, as well as a wordfind and other activities through which you will explore the plight of Iraq.
